William Lima founded Atlantic Coast Carpet Cleaning in Stoughton, Massachusetts in the early 1990s with a straightforward mission: show up, do the work right, and treat every facility like it's your own. More than three decades later, that founding principle still drives every job the company takes on.

William is IICRC certified — a credential that reflects deep technical knowledge of carpet fiber science, cleaning chemistry, and industry-standard restoration protocols. He has personally supervised thousands of commercial cleaning jobs across New England, working with facility managers at hotels, senior living communities, corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, and universities.

His specialties include truck-mounted carpet extraction, tile and grout restoration, and upholstery care for high-end commercial interiors. What sets William apart from most commercial vendors is his hands-on involvement: he is not running a dispatch operation from an office.
